A leading consumer law firm in Brighton is seeking a talented Paralegal to join their award-winning Clinical Negligence team. You will support fee earners and handle various clinical negligence matters, managing disclosure and instructions, and instructing counsel and medical experts. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in clinical negligence and opportunities for professional development. This role includes hybrid working options and a competitive benefits package.
We are currently recruiting for a talented Paralegal to join our award-winning Clinical Negligence team in Brighton. Supporting our fee earners, we are looking for those who have experience within a variety of matters in Clinical Negligence, such as obstetrics, orthopaedics, brain and spinal injury, along with misdiagnosis. We’re looking for those who can manage disclosure, instructions and funding details. Other duties would include instructing counsel and medical experts, with the opportunity to attend various conferences and helping to quantify damages claims. Ideally we are looking for someone with previous clinical negligence experience.
