You'll champion digital and data‑driven improvements, leading on demand‑capacity management, pathway optimisation, and the standardisation of clinical practice, aligned to best evidence and local formulary guidance. The candidate will be supported by our network of clinical leads across the Trust, including a dedicated professional development lead, and an AHP professional lead for podiatry. They will work in tandem with the operational leadership team within the division to allow them to maintain their clinical speciality and advanced practice.
