Responsibilities

• Lead nursing and specialist care teams
• Ensure high-quality, compassionate care in line with NMC & CQC standards
• Conduct assessments, manage care plans, and liaise with MDT, residents & families
• Lead audits, clinical investigations, and compliance activities
• Support staff development and supervision
• Attend clinical meetings and promote cross-home collaboration
• Take charge during emergencies and in manager absence

Requirements
