A leading healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a Clinical Lead for Community Services to provide inspiring leadership in delivering high-quality palliative care across London and the Home Counties. The role includes managing clinical teams, overseeing service delivery, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The successful candidate must be a Registered Nurse with significant leadership experience and a commitment to continuous improvement. We are recruiting for a Community Services Clinical Lead to join our teamacross London and the Home Counties. The region covers London, the South-East and East of England.
As the Clinical Lead for our Community Services, youll provide inspiring clinical leadership to ensure the delivery of safe, high quality palliative care across London and the Home Counties. Homebased with some travel, youll oversee community services, support and linemanage Clinical Nurse Managers, and drive continuous improvement across quality, performance and patient experience. Youll monitor activity and KPIs against contractual requirements, maintain regulatory standards, manage budgets, and work collaboratively with partners to shape innovative, compassionate care in the community.

We are the largest non-NHS provider of end-of-life care in the UK, the only provider across all 4 nations, delivering community nursing and hospice care across the country, while providing information and support on all aspects of dying, death, and bereavement.Our leading research pushes the boundaries of what we know about good end-of-life, and our campaigns fight for a world where everyone gets to have the best possible quality of life while living with an illness theyre likely to die from.
The care and support we provide is highly valued by the people we care for and their loved ones, but at present we are only reaching around 10% of dying people at the end of life.Right now, one in four people in the UK with a terminal illness, do not get the care or support they deserve at the end of their lives.
Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract: Permanent Full-Time
Location: Home working, with occasional travel across London and the Home Counties required.
