A healthcare organization is seeking clinical leads to join their mental health teams in Barking. Candidates should have at least three years of experience in mental health, strong organizational skills, and the ability to oversee clinical systems. Responsibilities include assisting the Team Manager and supervising staff in delivering evidence-based practices. This is a permanent role with a competitive salary of £47,810 to £54,710 a year, plus benefits.
The opportunity has arisen for 2 clinical leads (Band 7) to join the Barking and Dagenham Mental Health and Wellness teams (West and North).
The successful candidate will be a strong team player with at least three years post qualifying experience in a mental health setting. The post holder will deputise for the team manager and be able to autonomously oversee clinical systems and staff. It is essential that applicants have excellent organisational skills and are competent with using computer programmes and databases.
Support the evolution of the B&D Mental Health Teams into the Mental Health and Wellness Team in the Community Mental Health Transformation with a focus on a team approach and co-production with service users.
