Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Clinical Field Care Supervisor to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the highest standards of clinical care and support for our clients, while also providing guidance and supervision to our care staff. If you have a passion for care, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular quality checks and spot checks on clinical care staff.
  • Supervise, support and mentor carers in the field.
  • Carry out risk assessments and care plan reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and CQC regulations.
  • Support with the training and development of clinical carers.
  • Liaise with clients, families and healthcare professionals to provide the best possible service for our clients.
  • Participate in on-call duties on a rota basis.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in the sector ideally in a supervisory role.
  • Awareness of clinical and complex needs.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
