Contract: 12‑month fixed term, starting March 2026
Applications for specialist registrar training completed surgeons with FRCS (T&O) or equivalent are invited to apply.
Fellowship starts on the first Monday of March.
Applicants must hold full GMC registration.
Clinical commitment: Gain further experience in hip and knee surgery and sarcoma surgery under direct supervision of consultants. Conduct clinics, operating lists, ward rounds, and assist with clinical management.
On‑call rotations: 1:20 Resident on‑call 0800‑2030; 1:20 Non‑resident on‑call 2000‑0800; 1:20 Resident on‑call 2000‑0830.
Fellowship will focus on one of three areas each six‑month period: Revision arthroplasty, soft‑tissue knee surgery, orthopaedic oncology, or hip arthroscopy. Candidates should indicate two areas of preference.

Full‑time fixed term contract, 6 to 12 months, resident on‑call periods, out‑of‑hours commitment, up‑to‑date statutory training.
Salary: Local appointment grade MT05.
