A pioneering charity for older adults is seeking a Clinical Exercise Specialist in London to lead falls prevention exercise classes. You will adapt sessions to individual needs and manage related administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has experience with older adults, strong IT and report writing skills, and relevant qualifications. This is a part-time role with a salary of £26,000 (pro rata) and generous benefits including annual leave and pension contributions.
Clinical Exercise Specialist: Falls Prevention – London, W10 (with occasional home working and travel to other community venues and Open Age sites)

As a Clinical Exercise Specialist, you will lead the safe and effective delivery of falls prevention exercise classes for older adults living in Brent, Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea, Hammersmith & Fulham.
You’ll run around nine weekly exercise classes, assess participants’ abilities, and adapt sessions to meet their individual needs while promoting long-term adherence. Taking responsibility for outcome measures, you will ensure programmes are effective and tailored, while supporting participants with dignity and care.
Alongside class delivery, you’ll manage administrative tasks such as booking venues, processing invoices, sourcing cover instructors, and producing promotional materials. Additionally, you will:

Part-time role, 30 hours per week, fixed-term contract until 31 March 2026, with the possibility of extension (subject to funding).
