Qualifications

• Proven track record of post registration clinical experience relevant to the post.
• Experience with CPA, Safeguarding, MAPPA, and Child Protection.
• Understanding of difficult to manage/challenging behaviours.

Responsibilities

• Work as a core member of the Clinical Bed Management Team.
• Develop relationships with inpatient MDTs to facilitate discharge.
• Collaborate on discharge plans for individuals with complex needs.

Education

First Level Registered Nurse - RMN/RNMH/RNLD or equivalent

Postregistration training in clinical/psychological interventions
