Clinical Development Nurse
  • As an experienced Nurse, you will be part of the Senior Ward Team, assisting the Ward Manager and working collaboratively with the Deputy Ward Managers to ensure a high-quality patient focused service is provided.
  • Our inpatient ward provides rehabilitation care along with more advanced sub-acute nursing skills and complex discharge planning.
  • We believe in developing our staff and have training opportunities available to help you nourish and grow in this role. Our team values everyone's contributions and we are always looking at new initiatives to help our patient's recovery.

Abingdon Community Hospital is looking to recruit a Clinical Development Nurse to join their wonderfully supportive and friendly team.

You will be passionate about supporting and leading on our nursing team's professional and clinical development to enable them to develop and advance within their roles whilst being a proactive role model to influence and support; therefore excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Please note this is a fixed term contract for a period of 12 months, Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust provides physical, mental health and social care for people of all ages across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Swindon, Wiltshire, Bath and North East Somerset.
