The Clinical Deputy Manager will be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin, responsible for supporting the Clinical Manager in all aspects of clinical leadership and management. This includes supervising and mentoring the nursing team, ensuring high-quality clinical outcomes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The role involves a mix of supernumerary and hands-on nursing duties, with one weekend shift in four. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential to work closely with residents, families, and the multidisciplinary team.
