The Clinical Deputy Manager role at Aria Healthcare's Tall Trees Nursing and Dementia Home in Shipton-under-Wychwood, Oxfordshire, is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse with strong clinical expertise and leadership skills. The home has a CQC rating of 'Good' and is highly rated by residents and their families. As the Clinical Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Clinical Manager in delivering exceptional person-centred care, enhancing the wellbeing and independence of the residents.

Main duties of the job

The Clinical Deputy Manager will be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin, responsible for supporting the Clinical Manager in all aspects of clinical leadership and management. This includes supervising and mentoring the nursing team, ensuring high-quality clinical outcomes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The role involves a mix of supernumerary and hands-on nursing duties, with one weekend shift in four. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential to work closely with residents, families, and the multidisciplinary team.
