A luxury care provider in Dunstable is seeking a Deputy Manager for Caddington Grove, a high-end care home. Working with the Home Manager and the Quality Assurance team, the Deputy Manager will be responsible for ensuring effective and safe clinical practice, monitoring standards via audits and observations, reviewing policies, implementing action plans and providing reports as required.
