The Clinical Deputy Manager role at Sundridge Court Nursing Home in Bromley, Kent, is an exciting opportunity for a caring and experienced nurse to join the team. The home is a 30-bed, residential, nursing, and dementia care facility with a Good CQC rating and a 9.5 rating on Carehome.co.uk. As the Clinical Deputy Manager, you will support the Home Manager in delivering excellent quality, person-centred care that enhances the well-being and independence of the residents.

Main duties

The Clinical Deputy Manager will support the Home Manager in the day-to-day clinical operations of the home. This includes managing and supervising the nursing team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, monitoring clinical outcomes, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.   • The successful candidate must be a registered nurse (RN) with a current NMC pin. Experience in a similar role (e.g., Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead) and a proven track record of delivering high-quality, person-centred care. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team.
