Job Description:

As Clinical Care Manager, use your extensive clinical knowledge and experience to deliver Residential and Nursing care for all residents within our luxury care and nursing home in Farnham Common. A Registered Nurse with a valid NMC Pin will act as an advocate for residents' wellbeing, including Safeguarding, Mental Capacity, and Deprivation of Liberty.

Responsibilities include overseeing nursing requirements, coordinating assessments, supporting residents' move-in processes, managing medication, conducting clinical audits, and addressing concerns or complaints. You will also manage the Care Team, ensuring appropriate staffing levels, providing support and guidance, and reviewing team progress and training needs.

Your Role at Signature

You will be responsible for delivering Residential and Nursing care, overseeing residents' needs, liaising with clinical managers, coordinating assessments, managing medication, conducting audits, and handling concerns. You will also manage the Care Team, ensuring staffing levels, providing support, and reviewing performance and training needs.

What We're Looking For

We seek kind, compassionate, positive, resilient, proactive, organized, honest, and accountable individuals. You should be an NMC-registered nurse with substantial post-qualified experience in elderly care, a good understanding of CQC Standards, ongoing professional development, and previous management experience.
