Job summary

A charity organization in London is seeking a Clinical Administrator to support their expanding team. Responsibilities include setting up new clients, invoicing, maintaining records, and liaising with families and clinicians. This role is perfect for someone with Clinical or Medical Admin experience who wants to make a difference in a growing charity dedicated to helping young children. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Set up new clients on the bespoke database.

  • Set reminders for Clinical staff.
  • Purchase equipment and consumables.
  • Support the Clinical Director.
  • Attend site meetings and document actions.
  • Produce analytical reports for Directors.
  • Liaise with parents and clinicians.

My client is a charity based in London, SW10. As part of their expansion, they are seeking an experienced Clinical Administrator to join their team.

They are looking for a person with Clinical Admin or Medical Admin experience who is proactive and who has an interest in working with a charity who help young children. The role includes:-

  • Setting up new clients on their bespoke database
  • Updating files with the results of sessions with them
  • Invoicing using their bespoke system
  • Meeting and greeting patient families
  • Maintaining an excel spreadsheet with all referrals or enquiries
  • Setting reminders for Clinical staff to follow up on referrals
  • Purchasing equipment and consumables for the centre
  • Providing support to the Clinical Director
  • Attending site meetings and taking minutes and documenting actions that need to be taken
  • Systems skills must include Intermediate to advanced Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
  • Producing analytical reports for the Directors
  • Liaising with parents of patients and with the clinicians
