A major NHS trust in the UK is seeking a Clinic Management Co-Ordinator to manage administrative duties related to patient attendance. Candidates should demonstrate initiative, maintain confidentiality, and provide operational support. Ideal applicants will have GCSEs or NVQ3 in business administration and good IT skills. This position offers a salary range of £24,937 to £26,598 pro rata per annum.
We are looking to appoint a Clinic Management Co-Ordinator within the Patient Access Services.
To undertake various administrative duties associated with a patient's attendance to the Trust, as outlined in the Patient Access Policy OP39.
It is expected that staff will undertake duties relating to any aspect of service provided by the Patient Access Services Team.
It is expected that staff will be able to demonstrate a significant level of initiative in organising their workload and in making decisions and action within clearly defined limits.
To ensure patient confidentiality is maintained at all times.
To work as a key member of the team within the department to provide operational supervisory support.
To work under supervision and manage own workload and that of others.
