Job description

Clinic Director - Full Time 37.5 hours per week.

We are looking for an experienced Clinic Director / Practice Manager to effectively lead a multi-disciplinary team of experienced IVF professionals in order to ensure that operational and financial targets and regulatory requirements are met. Substantial focus on day to day operations will be expected, and in return significant autonomy will be given to lead and develop a high performing team.

The clinic is part of the CARE Fertility group, one of the leading independent providers of fertility treatment in the UK. Reporting into the Operations Director, the company structure includes strong head office support and a peer support network.

We are looking for candidates with well developed leadership skills, experience of project delivery and facilities management expertise. Proven abilities in driving top and bottom line performance and in identifying and developing business growth opportunities are important as this is an area where the right candidate can add significant value to this role.
