Great opportunity to join a company who are wanting someone to play a key role in supporting advisors and paraplanners, keeping their processes sharp, and making sure their clients get the best possible experience.

This is an office based role (with WFH Fridays to start), in central Manchester and access to a community space that’s great for collaborative working (and a good coffee!). The successful applicant will be getting the chance to get involved in projects, suggest improvements, and be part of a firm that values fresh thinking. Therefore, you’ll need to be able to thrive in a dynamic environment, be confident working beyond a checklist, and enjoy contributing to continuous improvement. Whether your ambition is to become a top-level client services administrator, or progress into paraplanning/advice down the line, they’ll support the right journey for you. They’re looking for someone who is polite, friendly, and great at building strong relationships. You’ll need to be organised and structured, with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems and ways of working. You must also bring a sense of fun to the table.

  • Ideally, 4+ years' experience in a financial services role (IFA experience preferred but not essential). If you don't quite meet this but still feel like you're the right fit, please reach out!
  • Someone who is comfortable picking up new tech and systems easily (with training provided)
  • Exams are a plus, but the right experience and mindset matter most. We’d like to get you qualified so a willingness to learn and sit some exams.
