We’re looking for a Customer Success & Product Evangelist — part customer success manager, part product storyteller, and part GTM growth operator — to help our customers succeed and showcase what’s possible with Sendr.

Role Overview

As a Customer Success & Product Evangelist, you’ll live and breathe Sendr, helping customers get results while amplifying the product through content, community, and campaigns. You’ll combine deep knowledge of GTM strategies, prospecting workflows, and sales enablement tools with hands-on customer coaching, community engagement, and product storytelling.

You’ll also use Sendr yourself, running outreach campaigns, testing features, and sharing insights that directly inform the product roadmap.

Responsibilities

Customer Success & Growth

  • Respond to inbound replies from email outreach, answering product-related questions and booking calls.

  • Conduct welcome calls for new signups and provide onboarding for larger client opportunities.

  • Coach major clients 1:1, helping them design outreach strategies and campaigns that deliver results.

Community & Content

  • Engage actively in our Circle community, providing practical advice and sparking discussions.

  • Create weekly content (playbooks, templates, videos) that inspires usage and drives adoption.

  • Run webinars, AMAs, and group sessions to showcase features and use cases.

Product Evangelism & Marketing

  • Translate features into clear, actionable “why this matters” stories and GTM plays.

  • Run product marketing campaigns, including launch emails and social content, leveraging AI tools when appropriate.

  • Build relationships with key influencers and keep them informed on features they can showcase.

  • Test and learn: run your own campaigns using Sendr, document results, and share insights back into the community.

Internal Feedback & Product Growth

  • Be the voice of the customer — identify friction points, feature gaps, and success stories, and feed them back to product/engineering.

  • Track engagement and usage data to spot where intervention is needed.

  • Help shape onboarding flows, help center content, and self-serve learning materials.

  • New growth opportunities are generated through your engagement with signups and community members.

  • Customers consistently report that your guidance helped them achieve real results.

  • Community engagement grows steadily through discussions, content, and peer-to-peer advice.

  • Product launches are amplified by clear, engaging content that drives adoption.

  • Influencers actively showcase Sendr to their audiences.

  • You’re recognized internally as the “customer’s voice” and externally as the “face of Sendr.”

About You

Background & Experience

  • Worked in Customer Success, GTM, Sales Enablement, or Product Evangelism roles at a SaaS company, ideally in outreach, video, or sales tech.

  • Hands-on experience with email/video outreach tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, Vidyard, Loom, Lavender, etc.).

  • Comfortable creating short video tutorials, social content, and playbooks.

  • Experienced in community engagement, running webinars, or coaching clients.

  • Curious, experimental, and hands-on — enjoys testing features and sharing results.

  • Empathetic, approachable, and credible with sales leaders and founders alike.

Nice-to-Have

  • Previous role as a sales trainer, product evangelist, or content creator.

  • Experience running communities or working with influencers.

  • Track record of driving product adoption and customer advocacy in SaaS.

Org. Details
  • Full-time (8 hours/day, Mon-Fri) or part-time (4 hours/day, Mon-Fri)

  • Fully remote, you only need a computer to work from, and an opportunity to sometimes overlap with the UK team
