Client Solutions Manager, Customer Success Manager required to work for a fast growing Ad‑Tech company based in Central London.
We ideally want someone from Agency Side or from a Tech Publisher who has exposure to and have a solid understanding of Social Media campaigns with the likes of Meta and TikTok.
You will focus on managing digital video campaigns, optimising performance, and strengthening relationships with advertisers and agencies. As a key point of contact, the CSM will ensure that campaigns run smoothly, meet performance goals, and deliver value to clients.
This role requires a combination of analytical skills, strategic thinking, and client management expertise. The CSM will work closely with Senior CSMs, Sales, and Programmatic and Data Solutions teams to enhance campaign efficiency, identify growth opportunities, and provide data‑driven insights to clients.
