A global creative agency in Manchester is seeking an experienced Client Services Director to lead their growing client services function, working with some of the most culturally relevant brands in sports, gaming, and entertainment. This rare, high-impact role offers the opportunity to shape strategy and growth across global accounts.

You’ll be a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, taking ownership of revenue, margin, and account strategy, while leading a high-performing client services team. The role is ideal for someone with a proven track record managing multi-million-pound portfolios, navigating complex client relationships, and delivering insight-led, culturally relevant campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Client Leadership & Growth: Build strategic partnerships with senior stakeholders and global clients.
  • Commercial Ownership: Drive financial performance, manage key account plans, optimise margins, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and mentor senior client teams, embedding operational excellence and accountability.
  • Strategic & Creative Oversight: Ensure campaigns are insight-driven, culturally relevant, and delivered to the highest standard.
