Job description
Client Services Administrator

As a Client Services Administrator, you will play a vital role in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring all enquiries are handled with efficiency and professionalism. You will be required to manage inbound communications, assist with client inquiries and facilitate the seamless transfer of business during acquisitions. You will work closely with key stakeholders within the business, including our Financial Planners, supporting the arrangement of annual client review meetings and supporting various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensuring that all enquiries are handled in an efficient and timely manner, delivering exceptional levels of customer service to all clients.
  • Adherence to the requirements laid out by the FCA in terms of compliance, customer risk and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles.
  • Ensuring that all client interactions are documented accurately on Intelligent Office and adhere to GDPR.
  • Using knowledge of Attivo Group products and services, identifying new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with other team members and Financial Planners to provide the best services to all new and existing clients.
  • Ensure that all activities are accurately recorded and updated.
  • Proactively maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the Business processes and service offerings to its clients.
Qualifications and Personal Attributes

You are naturally inquisitive and have excellent communication skills. You will be highly organised with sharp attention to detail and work best when faced with a busy workload. You will have previous experience working in financial services and be able to utilise this experience to provide first-class service to all of our clients. You are able to maintain working relationships with your peers and with key stakeholders, supporting them with tasks. You are a fast learner, able to pick things up quickly and seek out learning opportunities.

The successful candidate will need to be based at our Cheltenham Office a minimum of 3 days per week, with the option to work remotely the remaining days. We value work-life balance and offer flexible working alongside our hybrid approach. Cheltenham is ideally located for candidates commuting from across Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Oxfordshire, and Bristol.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 GCSEs graded A-B (6), or equivalent, including Maths and English or have the experience to demonstrate the ability to work at this level.
  • Excellent interpersonal, listening, numerical and IT skills.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
  • Good organisational, time management, and caseload management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
Desirable Skills and Experience
  • Experience within Financial Planning or Wealth Management would be an advantage.
  • A relevant degree, such as Economics, or Financial Services industry experience.
  • An aspiration to become a Financial Planner or Paraplanner.
  • Currently working towards your Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (CII).
