Qualifications

  • Skilled in Microsoft Outlook and professional client communications.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients via email and occasional phone calls.
  • Act as backup for Relationship Administrators supporting client needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for material quantities.
  • Run AI Tool and upload material matrix to IMSOL.
  • Assist with APD/CPD updates and print logo requests.

Location: Hybrid – Brentwood, NY (2 days/week onsite, rest remote)
Duration: 12 months with Possibility for Extension or Conversion to Permanent

Overview
  • We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator to provide client-facing support and internal team assistance. This hybrid role involves client communication, data reporting, and supporting print, logo, and material requests.
Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients via email and occasional phone calls
  • Act as backup for Relationship Administrators supporting client needs
  • Coordinate with internal teams for material quantities
  • Submit Host/Post, DDS, and other print-related requests
  • Run AI Tool and upload material matrix to IMSOL
  • Assist with APD/CPD updates and print logo requests
  • Generate and analyze reports using Excel
  • Handle ad hoc projects and department support as assigned
Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of client services experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
  • Skilled in Microsoft Outlook and professional client communications
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to multitask
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
