Job description

Overview

The purpose of this position is to administer a limited portfolio of Fund structures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Operational Procedures Manuals and ISAE checklist templates
• Attend and minute client board meetings and shareholders meetings
• Prepare, review, distribution and filing of periodic financial statements
• Act as “B” level 4-eyes signatory on administration matters
• Assist with billing information for clients
• Supervise and assist training and development of staff
