Home Client Relationship Manager – Cardiff

Client Relationship Manager – Cardiff

Blue Legal has partnered with an award-winning professional services firm to find a Client Relationship Manager to join their team based in Cardiff. Reporting to the Head of Client Relationships, the successful candidate will work collaboratively with key stakeholders and the client team to develop business strategies and account planning. This role aligns with the firm’s Public Sector group; experience in this sector is desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Build professional and effective relationships with the firm’s key partners involved in delivering services to the public sector, and with key stakeholders from Central Services teams.
  • Participate in kick-off conversations and support drafting bids and presentations as needed. Assist in winning new sector frameworks and maintaining current appointments.
  • Manage awareness of key issues and topics impacting the wider public sector and related sub-sectors.
  • Serve as the main contact for key group clients and manage business development activities for the group.
  • Implement client and BD plans to nurture and grow key public sector clients and support cross-selling efforts.
  • Support delivery of client listening surveys and track relevant data and information.

Candidate:

  • Experience managing client relationships within professional services or legal firms.
  • Strong background in business development and relationship management.
  • Experience in public sector bidding processes.

Please note: Due to sector-specific requirements, only candidates with relevant work experience in a Law Firm, Accountancy Firm, Management Consultancy, Property/Construction Firm, Financial Services Firm, or a high-profile relevant Association or Agency will be considered.
