Client Project Manager

Reporting To: Senior Client Project Manager

Direct Reports: None

Location: Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office (SE1), 3 days remote

Salary: 34-36k

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of project delivery and client relationship management. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality programmes that meet the early careers, and social impact goals of leading UK employers.
• Manage a portfolio of projects worth over £200,000, balancing scope, timelines and stakeholder expectations.
• Own all aspects of programme delivery, from planning and execution to client engagement and reporting.
• Act as the primary point of contact for your corporate partners, ensuring their goals are met through a range of events, workshops, and engagement initiatives.
• Develop strong, trusted relationships with schools, education providers, and third-party facilitators.
• Coordinate smooth and impactful events, including volunteer training, facilitator management and on-site logistics.
• Proactively recruit people to participate in events and opportunities through outreach, school relationships, and digital channels.
• Analyse and present project outcomes and social impact through reports and presentations.
• Demonstrate commercial awareness by managing scope, protecting revenue, and supporting renewal and growth opportunities.
• Meet key KPIs linked to programme delivery and stakeholder engagement.

About You

• You'll have experience of working within or around education or have some experience of working with youth.
• You understand the expectations and drivers of corporate partners and are confident engaging with them.
• You have a track record of hitting KPIs and can clearly articulate the results you’ve delivered.
• You’re a skilled communicator who builds strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels, from schools to employers.
