Job Description
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on accounting and finance matters.
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client services and support business growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to build trust and loyalty.
- Coordinate and oversee the work of junior team members where required.
- Ensure all work is delivered within agreed timelines and meets quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to offer relevant advice.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Client Manager should have:
- Professional qualifications in accounting or finance, such as ACCA or ACA (QBE will be considered).
- Experience managing client portfolios within the professional services industry.
- A strong understanding of accounting and finance principles.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and client management.
