A leading insurance provider in Greater London seeks a Client Manager to join the team focused on client engagement. The role requires managing a portfolio and leading multi-disciplinary teams to implement engagement strategies. Ideal candidates will have client-facing experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with large clients. Following a period of sustained growth and further investment in the major client segment we are interested in speaking with individuals who have the experience drive and ambition to join our Client Engagement Team and help build on this success and further develop QBE’s capabilities and proposition.
The team are responsible for leading all aspects of QBE’s relationship with some of our largest clients and prospects here in Europe and are a fundamental component of our value proposition.
As a Client Manager you will support the co‑ordination of a client management methodology across European Operations (EO) ensuring individual client needs are consistently met. You will assist with the development of value propositions / solutions across EO that address the varied needs and risks of our clients (new & existing) to ensure any engagement is supporting business risk and profitability criteria set by Divisional leadership.
Manage own portfolio and demonstrate strong client engagement of identified EO clients coordinating internal stakeholders and ensuring implementation of a client engagement strategy.
