Job description

As a Client Manager at Organic, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts. You will be responsible for nurturing relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of work. You’ll play a key role in the ongoing success and retention of your accounts, owning the commercial management of each and helping clients unlock more value through our services.

What you’ll be doing
  • Own and manage the day-to-day client relationship across a portfolio of small to mid-sized accounts.
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships that positions Organic as a trusted and valued partner.
  • Identify and develop opportunities for account growth.
  • Lead client meetings and communications, providing clarity, strategic input, and confidence at every touchpoint.
  • Ensure the smooth delivery of both projects and retainers, maintaining visibility over project timelines, budgets, and priorities.
  • Monitor account performance, ensuring reporting is aligned to client objectives and driving continuous improvement.
  • Maintain oversight of account budgets and profitability.
  • Support strategic planning and contribute to developing roadmaps for each account.
  • Work with the wider Client Services and Delivery teams to proactively spot and resolve any emerging risks or blockers.
What skills you’ll need
  • 2–4 years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally within a digital, creative, or marketing agency.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow client accounts, with a strong understanding of commercial priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional presence in meetings and presentations.
  • Comfortable owning budgets and supporting commercial conversations with clients.
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
What you’ll get in return

You’ll be coming into a well-run, established but independent agency. We do great work for our clients. We believe in Digital For Good, we are a B Corp and we’re keen to make this a great place for our people to develop
and grow their careers.

We work with a mix of clients, with large blue chip national and international clients being a core of the work we do. This demands high standards but also allows our people to work with the best talent in the industry.

You’ll have a chance to make a real impact on the business from day one. While we provide support from a senior team of managers, we also encourage individuals to take the lead, to show initiative and to find better ways to get stuff done. It’s very much a meritocracy.

Why you’ll love working with us
  • Monthly Wellbeing Allowance – A dedicated monthly budget to support your mental, physical, or emotional wellness—whether it’s fitness, mindfulness apps, healthy snacks, or something just for you.
  • Birthday Day Off & Year-End Break – Celebrate your special day with a paid day off just for you, plus enjoy a full agency shutdown between Christmas and New Year—no emails, no meetings, just rest.
  • Holiday That Grows With You – Start with a generous holiday allowance, with additional days awarded based on your length of service.
  • Career Mapping & Development – A personalised career development plan with regular check-ins, training opportunities to help you reach your professional goals.
  • Enhanced Parental Leave Packages – Inclusive and supportive policies for all parents, offering additional time and flexibility when you need it most.
  • Mental & Physical Wellbeing Support – Access resources, workshops, and guidance to keep you healthy, happy, and supported at work and beyond.
  • ‘Above & Beyond’ Performance Awards – We love to celebrate great work. Recognise and be recognised with regular performance-based awards and shout-outs.
  • Truly Flexible Working – Shape your work hours and environment to fit your life. We trust you to deliver—whether that’s remotely, in the office, or somewhere in between. (We’re flexible, but we’re a team too—so sometimes flexibility flows both ways.)
  • Regular Team Socials – From casual after-work drinks to creative off- sites and seasonal parties—we make time to connect and have fun.
  • And That’s Just the Start – We’re always evolving our benefits and culture based on what matters most to our team.
