Job description

Client Executive – Invoice Finance – North West

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join one of the leading providers of Invoice Finance and Asset Based Lending in the UK as a Client Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide the first point of contact for clients regarding operational queries and requests on a daily basis.
  • Process system updates related to clients and debtors, ensuring proper authorization.
  • Clear all soundings in a timely manner.
  • Handle client payment requests within authority levels and assist with overpayment requests in the absence of the CM/SCM.
  • Manage client terminations by calculating fees, issuing termination reports and statutory letters to clients and guarantors, and closing terminated accounts.
  • Coordinate outgoing Inter factor transfers.
  • Prepare internal reports as required.
  • Conduct client inductions and system training within 24 hours of payout.
  • Identify and escalate risks appropriately.
  • Complete Facility Transfer forms for disclosure, banking, and securities teams.
  • Manage security reviews, covenant satisfaction, and reporting requirements.

  • Experience with RiskFactor.
