A private sector housing provider in London seeks an experienced Client Accountant to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for valued clients. Responsibilities include managing financial reports, supporting VAT submissions, and preparing year-end accounts. The ideal candidate will have an accounting qualification and at least 2 years of experience in property management. This full-time role offers a hybrid working pattern with competitive benefits.
Pinnacle Group are looking to recruit an experienced Client Accountant to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for our valued clients. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering cyclical financial reports, supporting clients with VAT submissions to HMRC, and preparing comprehensive service charge year-end accounts. You will work closely with independent accountants, estate managers, and clients to resolve queries, manage accruals and prepayments, and ensure all financial obligations are met with clarity and compliance.
This is a full-time role offering a hybrid working pattern of 3 days in the office at Holborn and/or London Bridge. The working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm.
You will be joining our Homes team based in London. The Homes team operates a large mixed portfolio of new and existing Affordable homes nationwide comprising Affordable and Social Rent, Shared Ownership and Supported homes.
