We are looking for a suitably qualified person for the post of Clerical Assistant to provide customer focused, efficient and effective front line and business support. You must have exceptional customer service skills with a professional attitude and demeanor.

You will be part of a team that provides an efficient, professional and comprehensive business support service for a large secondary school, including:

  • Various school operations, including office administration, finance, and HR processes
  • Supporting senior leadership and ensuring the smooth daily functioning of the school
  • Handling pupil records, attendance, and safeguarding documentation
  • Liaising with parents, teachers, and external stakeholders professionally

Applications are invited from persons who have relevant and up to date experience of:

  • relevant and up to date experience of working in an office where IT is extensively used (Microsoft Office)
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced educational environment
  • A proactive, professional approach with strong communication skills

You will work 25 hours per week on a term time basis.

If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to gain/maintain PVG scheme membership.
