Responsibilities
  • The Clerical Assistant reports to the Administrative Officer and is responsible for the effective and efficient administration support of the delivery of the repairs and maintenance functions.
  • Work as part of the Local Homes team and liaise with the Customer Service Hub within Strategic Communication and Engagement to provide a comprehensive repairs service to customers.
  • Assist with prioritising and scheduling of works, and provide customer care and complaints handling experience as essential requirements.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience in a clerical or administrative environment with experience in prioritising and scheduling of works.
  • Customer care and complaints handling experience.
  • Comprehensive IT skills, particularly in relation to planning systems, with working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills; ability to work autonomously and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
Working Pattern and Location

You will be employed as a hybrid worker working between home and an office base in the Civic Centre, Motherwell.

Working pattern: Monday - Thursday, 08:45am - 16:45pm; Friday, 08:45am - 16:15pm.
