A local authority in Scotland is looking for a Clerical Assistant to provide effective administration support in maintenance functions. Responsibilities include coordinating customer repairs, scheduling works, and maintaining customer care and complaints handling. You will be employed as a hybrid worker working between home and an office base in the Civic Centre, Motherwell.
Working pattern: Monday - Thursday, 08:45am - 16:45pm; Friday, 08:45am - 16:15pm.
