Job summary

A leading facilities management company is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor in Derry or Londonderry. The role involves supervising cleaning duties, motivating the team, and ensuring service standards are met. Ideal candidates will have cleaning experience and the ability to lead a team. Full training is provided. This is a temporary position with a salary of £12.96 per hour.

• Previous cleaning experience is required.
• Previous supervisory experience is advantageous.

Job description

Assisting and supporting the Cleaning and Contracts Management on site. Maintaining a Zero Harm Mindset towards Health & Safety of our teams on site.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring cleaning duties are completed according to agreed schedules. Supervising the cleaning team daily to ensure all aspects of the contracted service meet our standards.
• Motivating and developing the cleaning team through staff training and coaching to achieve required standards.
• Supporting Sodexo Site Management.
• Conducting Cleaning Audits across all site areas.

Skills and Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is required.
• Previous supervisory experience is advantageous, but full training and support will be provided to the successful candidate.
