About the Role:

As the Cleaning Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall well‑being of our university environment. Reporting directly to the Head of Housekeeping Services, you will lead a dynamic team to deliver high‑quality, efficient cleaning services. This hands‑on position requires excellent communication skills and a commitment to upholding our service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support cleaning staff to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.
• Respond promptly to service requests and adapt to the needs of the university.
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance operational efficiency.
• Assist in training and inducting new staff, including temporary vacation hires.
• Conduct regular checks and audits to maintain service levels.
• Maintain strong communication with Heads of Departments and key users to understand cleaning needs and address any concerns.
• Oversee inventory control and stock management for cleaning supplies.
