Job summary

A leading cleaning services provider in Stratford-upon-Avon is searching for a Cleaning Operative to perform various cleaning tasks to high standards, ensuring adherence to Health and Safety policies. The role requires flexible working hours from 06:00 to 08:00, Monday to Saturday. Experience in carrying out cleaning duties to high standards.
Awareness of how to manage cleaning equipment and materials effectively.

Responsibilities

Perform all cleaning tasks as per specifications.
Follow Health and Safety policies while cleaning.
Assist and monitor other cleaners during their duties.

Role Specifications

All round cleaning experience
To carry out all cleaning duties in line with the specification and direction given to the highest standard.
General Duties will include Dusting, Mopping, Toilets, Emptying Bins
Ensuring you follow and are aware of the Health and Safety policies and procedures
Inspection of cleaning equipment on a regular basis so as to know when they are worn-out and also request for replacement
Correct management and use of materials to avoid or minimize waste and/or misuse
Monitoring of all cleaning activities and providing any form of required assistance to cleaners while they carry out their duties
To work flexibly and as part of a team
