A leading cleaning service provider is seeking a Cleaning Contracts Manager to oversee operations in the East Midlands. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of cleaning contracts, ensuring high standards of client satisfaction and compliance. The role involves recruiting and training staff, budget management, and maintaining documentation. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with experience in a multi-site environment. The position offers a company van and flexible working conditions.
We are looking for a dedicated and people-focused Cleaning Contracts Manager to oversee our cleaning operations across the Nottingham and Derbyshire region. Based from our Huthwaite hub, you will support a portfolio of sites, ensuring high standards of service delivery, client satisfaction, and full compliance across all contracts.
In this hands‑on role, you will work closely with clients, cleaners, and site supervisors to ensure every contract is professionally managed and delivered to Atlas FM standards. You will recruit, induct, and train your teams, plan staffing levels, carry out regular site visits, and ensure all vetting and health and safety requirements are met. You will also be responsible for managing budgets, maintaining accurate site documentation, and supporting your teams to deliver great results every day.
You will be provided with a company van, fuel card, mobile phone, and laptop, enabling you to work efficiently across your region.
