  • £12.21 per hour
  • 20 hours per week
  • Working hours: As per rota with Early mornings, would work out a shift pattern once fully staffed to ensure 1 in 3 weekends are off.

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team at Dorney Lake, Dorney, SL4 6FJ one of Eton College Venues. As a Cleaner with Sodexo, you will play a key role in ensuring our facilities remain clean, safe, and presentable at all times. This is an essential role that requires attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. With events ranging from 10 - 5000 people you'll ensure the facilities for all areas required for commercial business at Dorney Lake and across the Eton College estate are kept clean and tidy, working in liaison with other departments encouraging a diverse and inclusive working environment with a can do approach.

What you'll do:

  • Cleaning of the bathrooms, function rooms and offices as per the cleaning schedule
  • Effectively build and maintain professional relations with the client
  • Advise the Deputy Operations manager when cleaning products are required
  • Stock take cleaning products as required
  • Advise the Deputy Operations manager when replacement equipment orders as required and manage their delivery and return
  • Undertake any reasonable request
  • Champion a zero-harm culture and promote health, safety and environmental awareness and responsibility

Essential

  • Experience and knowledge from working in a similar environment
  • Professional and courteous manor
  • Experience of delivering excellent customer service
  • Ability to act on instruction
  • Ability to liaise with people at a Senior Level both internally & externally
  • Ability to work on own initiative, as there is an element of lone working on occasions

Desirable

  • Basic First Aid Certificate
