Job description

We're looking for a High level cleaning working supervisor who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules.

• Ensure the high level team work safely, to deadlines
• Liase with client and site manegment
• Work to schedules and have the ability to problem solve
• Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules
• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used
• Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training
• Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service, Holiday entitlement and pension contributions
