Position Type: Permanent

Type of Employment: Part Time

Hours: 10 hours per week

Location: Network Rail, Western House, 1 Holbrook Way, Swindon, Wiltshire, England, SN1 1BD

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order while meeting all agreed SLAs.
• Build your knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, including when the work needs to be carried out, and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements.
• Undertake all training required to deliver the cleaning role.
• Work within a team, and be able to work independently when required.
• Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, deliver excellent customer service and seek ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate and read basic English.
• Previous cleaning experience desirable but not essential.
• Flexible approach to the role.
• Open, honest, self‑driven and determined.
• Reliable, hardworking with a professional attitude.
