Whether you're looking to gain experience or seeking flexible part‑time work, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into the cleaning industry and grow with us.

What we are looking for

We’re seeking reliable individuals to deliver high‑quality, client‑focused cleaning services.

You’ll follow site‑specific schedules, safely handle cleaning equipment and chemicals in line with COSHH and health & safety standards, and occasionally carry out deep or specialist cleans. This entry‑level role is ideal for those new to the industry and eager to learn and grow over time.

What You’ll Do
  • Deliver high‑quality, client‑focused cleaning services across multiple sites
  • Follow daily and periodic cleaning schedules tailored to each location (dusting, wiping, and sanitising hard surfaces (desks, tables, etc.) and other high‑touch areas).
  • Safely handle and store cleaning equipment and chemicals in line with COSHH and health & safety regulations
  • Occasionally perform deep cleans or specialised responsive cleaning tasks
What We’re Looking For
  • A positive attitude and strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to different environments
  • Basic understanding of health & safety practices (COSHH knowledge a plus)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • You will use your initiative to be able to solve routine issues if / when they arise always adopt safe working practices.
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in a professional cleaning services environment is beneficial but not a must.
  • Our induction and on‑the‑job training will ensure you have the knowledge to handle the rest. That said, you should have or be willing to work towards a Health and Safety Level 2 qualification and understand the principles relating to COSHH and cross contamination in a cleaning context.
  • An enhanced DBS check may be required for this role due to client requirements.
Working Arrangements
  • Permanent
  • Part‑time, (role available range from 3 hours per week - 10 hours per week, depending on the site and contract). Morning shifts - Monday to Friday.
  • Location : Designated sites in Barking / Dagenham / Newham.
