Job description

To start : Monday 6 th October 2025

Do you have a wide range of cleaning skills demand high standards can be flexible and have good communication skills Do you want to work in an environment where staff are hardworking friendly and committed

Then you may be the person we are looking for to help care for our school.

The successful candidate will be responsible for :

• Ensuring all areas of the school are cleaned daily
• Checking cleaning is up to standards expected
• Dealing professionally with any areas that need to be improved
• Ordering cleaning materials in line with the practices of the school
• Being a model of good practice in their own cleaning skills
• Organising and implementing holiday deep cleans

The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Therefore :

• Shortlisted candidates will be expected to complete a self-declaration and will be subject to online searches in line with KCSIE guidance as part of the recruitment process.
