An inclusive, bright, and child‑orientated primary school based here is recruiting a classroom assistant to promote and support classroom learning in Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2. Role Overview

As a classroom assistant you will work alongside specialist and driven teachers to stimulate a dynamic and effective learning environment that enables learners to flourish and maximise their potential. You will engage, support and develop the learning of children, assist with the delivery of creative and well‑planned lessons and act as the spark for a child’s light‑bulb moment.

This role suits a recent graduate looking to enter education or an experienced classroom assistant seeking a new challenge. Previous working experience with children is desirable but not essential – relevant experience may include mentoring, coaching, tutoring, nursery or childcare roles, or similar classroom settings. Experience supporting children with ASD, behavioural issues and learning difficulties would be extremely beneficial.
