Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Class 2 (HGV) Driver to join a respected logistics team based in the Bilborough area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being out on the road and takes pride in delivering great service. The role involves transporting goods across the Midlands, with up to 10 drops per day. You will be responsible for handballing goods off to clients upon delivery, so a good level of physical fitness is essential. While your primary vehicle will be a Class 2, there may be occasions when you're asked to drive a 7.5-tonne vehicle depending on operational needs.

Working hours and environment

Ongoing work; average 30 to 40 hours per week, starting between 06:00 and 08:00, Monday to Friday.

Pay and benefits

The rate of pay is £18.15 per hour paid via our Umbrella provider. You can choose to get paid through PAYE, meaning the pay is £15.00 per hour. In addition, we offer full pay for 28 days of annual leave, which makes the effective hourly rate £16.81 per hour including holiday accrual.
