Please note that this position is open to UK applicants only.

Immediate start work for HGV Class 2 drivers in Leicestershire. Supporting our client in Leicester, who are a general haulier, you will go out daily to deliver palletised goods to delivery points within a single post coded area. Some handball may be involved. You will be a professional driver who has excellent road and driving rules knowledge who is reliable. You can expect to complete around 12–15 deliveries per day. We are looking for someone who wants regular work, is reliable and a great team player. You will be good at communicating both verbally and written and have previous HGV Driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver palletised goods to delivery points within a single post code area (Leicester/Leicestershire).
• Complete around 12–15 deliveries per day.
• Some handball may be involved.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and maintain professional driving standards.

Contract & Hours

Duration: Immediate start available for the successful candidates.

Contract Type: Temporary.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, start times from 8am. Approximately 40–45 hours per week.

Hourly Rate: £14.00 per hour, with an opportunity to work towards a permanent contract. You will accrue up to 28 days holiday per year pro rata.
