Qualifications

• Must hold C1 or above driving licence with valid DQC and Tacho card.
• Maximum of 6 points on licence with no bans.
• Takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to build rapport with customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Drive safely and comply with all legal requirements.
• Perform daily vehicle checks and report defects.
• Scan deliveries using DX equipment.
• Load deliveries safely at the depot.
• Manage routing for efficient and timely deliveries.
• Report any delivery issues to the traffic office.
• Ensure excellent condition of deliveries to customers.
• Handle customer issues politely and effectively.
• Make collections as per instructions and timelines.
