Overview

CLASS 2 DRIVER

Permanent Class 2 / HGV C work available in Bardon, Leicestershire.

Pay and Hours

Shifts: 2/3 AM starts; 5 shifts a week (48 hours contracted hours); 6 day a week operation (various shift patterns Monday-Saturday).

Pay rates: £36,160 per annum (£14.49 per hour).

Responsibilities

• Delivery of produce on various routes
• Loading and unloading fresh produce with care and attention up to 25kg - sack barrow provided
• 10-25 drops per shift
• 9-10 hour shifts
• Completing HGV vehicle defect walk around checks & maintaining logs
• Completing delivery paperwork

Qualifications and Requirements

• A valid full category Class 2/HGV C licence
• NEW PASSES WELCOME
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills
• Work well with others or independently if needed
• Have good customer service skills and an eye for detail
• As a driver must have a current CPC and Digi card
• No more than 6 points on your licence for insurance purposes (no BA/CD/CU DR/DD/IN offences please)
