ROLE PROFILE

As a Class 2 Home Delivery Driver you will be responsible for delivering pre‑built kitchen carcasses, worktops, appliances and related products directly to customers’ homes or retail outlets. This role involves driving a Class 2 vehicle on set routes with multiple drop‑offs, ensuring timely, safe and careful delivery of often bulky and fragile kitchen components. The shift start time varies, typically 05:00 am.

SHIFT & ROUTES

The driver will operate a Class 2 vehicle on set routes with multiple drop‑offs. The role is based in Milton Keynes with regular routes in London (Romford, Kensington and …) and other locations. Drivers must maintain a safe, friendly manner when delivering products within a specific area.

DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Check the vehicle regularly and report any issues
• Drive safely and follow all traffic laws
• Deliver goods on time, in full and to the correct address
• Communicate politely with customers
• Keep records of deliveries, mileage and issues
• Report delays, accidents or problems to the site manager

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

• Full UK driving licence with Category C entitlement
• Minimum age 21
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Class 2 driver
• No penalty points; must have a clean driving record
• No convictions within the last 5 years

• £17.11 – £21.39 per hour (Class 2 Home Delivery Driver, Northampton)
• £17 per hour (Temporary Class 2 Refuse Driver, Northampton)
• £17.94 per hour (Pure Staff temp‑perm Class 2 Driver, Northampton)
• £18.00 per hour (Pure Staff Class 2 ADR Driver, Coleshill)
• £20.00 – £25.00 per hour (Omnia Resourcing Ltd. Class 2 Driver)
• £17.33 per hour – night shift, Crick, Northampton
• £16 – £18 per hour (Staffline long‑term HGV Class 2 Day Drivers, Brackmills)

START DATES & HOURS

• Start date 28th October 2025 – temporary Class 2 Refuse Driver, Northampton (4 day week, 06:00 am‑…)
• Immediate start – temporary/permanent Class 2 Driver in Crick for night shifts (Sunday‑Thursday)
• Start time 07:00 am – Pure Staff Class 2 ADR Driver, Coleshill (01/12/2025)

OTHER CONDITIONS

Drivers report to the Warehouse & Distribution Manager, Depot: LWC Aylesbury. The role requires a reliable, safety‑focused attitude, the ability to unlock closed stores and unload heavy equipment. Routes are regularly scheduled in London, Milton Keynes and surrounding areas.
