Job description

Overview

Immediate starts for Class 1 Drivers in Highbridge, TA9. Working for our client on their dairy contract, you will be delivering bulk loads of produce, including fragile loads such as milk and eggs, to farms and depots across the Somerset area.

Availability

We are busy with bookings. We have immediate starts, with ongoing and regular shifts across a Mon to Sun working week. We are looking for drivers who can cover 3 to 4 shifts each week, both weekends and weekdays.

Induction

Full induction and training is provided.

Eligibility

Due to insurance restrictions; you must have held your Class 1 for at least 6 months, with experience too.

Hours Of Work

Monday to Sunday (3-4 shifts per week available). Day shifts vary from 5:00 to 9:00 starts, and night shifts vary from 17:00 to 21:00 starts. Shifts are usually 12 hours in length. Some weekend work too when required.

Hourly Pay Rates (PAYE)

Day shifts: £16 to £19 per hour. Night shifts: £18 to £21 per hour.
