As part of the Claims Operations team, you will be responsible for helping to coordinate critical claims operational activities and projects in the UKI region, working with the CLT and the Claims Business Support team and familiarizing yourself with systems and processes as required. The role includes (but is not limited to) accountability for helping to drive successful implementation of strategic and local regional initiatives through effective stakeholder, programme and project management and playing a pivotal part in the continuous improvement agenda of the region with deep dives into our processes and procedures. You will collaborate with stakeholders outside of the UKI claims team in order to improve engagement and to best advance the regional team objectives.
You will be based in the London - however we are excited to have implemented our Smart Working initiative offeringa hybrid way of working, combining both remote and office working.
